Rachelle at MyWay Deliveries was incredibly helpful in getting balloons to my event. Her help came far before the delivery stage. She gave helpful suggestions for the quantity of balloons, how they should be grouped, and the color distribution (to fit the color scheme I wanted), and even possible nearby locations that carried balloons. She was incredibly responsive to my texts throughout the process (including before I even booked MyWay). As we got closer to the time of delivery, she reached out to me for confirmation, and then also kept in touch regarding the status of the delivery. When she arrived, she helped set up the balloons quickly. I would be happy to use MyWay again should I need help with balloons (or something else of the sort) for another event in the future!

Unbelievable experience! I had a large balloon order that I needed help transporting/delivering to my event. I called MyWay the same day which was a Friday for delivery that day at 4:00pm. They responded so quickly and delivered the ballon’s in time. Their level of service and communication was truly impressive.
