They kept me updated throughout the entire process, which gave me complete confidence that everything was being taken care of. The service was professional, friendly, reliable, and surprisingly affordable, especially considering this was a last-minute request. My item was picked up and delivered exactly as promised, and they even sent me confirmation and a photo once the delivery was complete. It’s not often that you find a company that combines great customer service, excellent communication, reliability, and reasonable pricing so well. They made what could have been a stressful last-minute situation incredibly easy. So caring and awesome people to work with. They drove a 9 hr trip and had a codriver stay in communication of arrival times changing due to the length of the journey. They arrived even 45seconds before I did!

Rachelle at MyWay Deliveries was incredibly helpful in getting balloons to my event. Her help came far before the delivery stage. She gave helpful suggestions for the quantity of balloons, how they should be grouped, and the color distribution (to fit the color scheme I wanted), and even possible nearby locations that carried balloons. She was incredibly responsive to my texts throughout the process (including before I even booked MyWay). As we got closer to the time of delivery, she reached out to me for confirmation, and then also kept in touch regarding the status of the delivery. When she arrived, she helped set up the balloons quickly. I would be happy to use MyWay again should I need help with balloons (or something else of the sort) for another event in the future!
